Shipping Info
All orders are shipped from Norway. The customer accepts full responsibility for any local taxes.

The default is to send the order as an unregistered letter.
We will ship registered at buyers request. We cannot be held responsible for items which go missing or are damaged in the post. If a registered option is selected and a tracking service is supplied to us by the shipping company, we will forward this on to you so that you can track the parcel if you wish.

We do our best to ship orders within 7 days of receipt but sometimes it can take a little longer as we are only a small operation. We always contact you if we expect any delay.
Return Policy
If you receive the wrong item or there is some other problem, please contact us through our Bandcamo site within 7 days so that we can try to rectify the problem. If your order is damaged or goes missing in transit then you must take this up with the relevant postal service as it is beyond our control. If you want to add postal insurance to your order then please let us know in advance. We always ship using the Posten Norge, the Norwegian Postal service.
