Recorded live at the Rock in Opposition festival 2013.

Rock in Opposition was originally a movement started by the legendary avant-rock group Henry Cow when they invited Stormy Six, Samla Mammas Manna, Univers Zero and Etron Fou Leloublan to play a festival in England in 1978. The following year and a half additional festivals were held in Italy, Sweden and Belgium before RiO as an organisation “quietly slipped away”. Although brief as a movement a new genre was spurred, uniting bands with quite different musical styles but who all shared an experimental and avant-gardish approach to music. In 2007 a reunion concert of RiO bands were held in Carmaux a small town in France. It turned out to be a success and suddenly a new version of the festival was born. Panzerpappa played the festival in 2013 sharing stage with such great names as Present, Soft Machine Legacy and Faust. We had and excellent time playing for an enthusiastic audience with a dedicated and burning love for music outside the establish music industry.
